Every time you pre-book an event the amount gets credited and you can use it anytime a program is held in your city or the one nearest to you.

 

You need to confirm your participation in a program after pre-booking.

 

Pre-bookings have lifetime validity and you can use it whenever convenient.

 

Any registrations made after 14 days for the program to start would not be eligible for special pre-booking value rates.

If cancellation is made 7 days before program starts, 100% refund or credit is available. The credit can be used for future programs.

 

If cancellations are made less than 7 days before the program starts, full refund or credit is available after deducting 10% processing and administrative fees on complete amount. The credit can be used for future programs. 

 

Refund process is done within a period of  45 days.
